FIRST TEAM FOOTBALL ASSISTANT COACH

Job Summary

We are seeking first team assistant coach to support the head coach in the planning, delivery, and execution of all first team football activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in match preparation, training delivery, tactical analysis, and player development, contributing directly to the team's on-field performance and overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in planning and delivering first team training sessions in line with the club's playing philosophy.

• Support match preparation through opposition analysis, tactical planning, and set-piece preparation.

• Provide technical and tactical feedback to players during training and matches.

• Assist with team selection, substitutions, and match-day decision-making.

• Work closely with performance, medical, and support staff to ensure an integrated approach to player preparation.

Key Requirements

• UEFA or AFC A coaching licence (or equivalent) minimum UEFA Pro licence preferred.

• Proven experience as football coach at first team level in a professional football environment.

• Strong tactical understanding of modern football and match management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
