Responsibilities

• Provide L2/3 support for Check Point, FortiGate, and Cisco firewalls
• Monitor firewall health, logs, and security alerts
• Troubleshoot network and firewall issues (VPN, connectivity, performance)
• Manage firewall policies (rule creation, modification, cleanup)
• Support site-to-site and remote access VPN
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA
• Perform daily checks (logs, backups, interfaces)
• Follow change management and security compliance processes
• Work with L1 and L2 teams for issue resolution
• Assist in firewall deployments and migrations
• Support upgrades, patching, and enhancements
• Help in rule optimization and cleanup activities
• Participate in DR testing and new site onboarding

Requirement:

• Good in handling operations and project task for the above mentioned products
• Good to have at least one of the certification in above products.
• Looking for someone who is keen to work as per the work demand outside office hours
• Strong troubleshooting skills and vendor management skills.
