To be registered as the Certified Fire Safety Manager with SCDF for the building.
Conduct monthly site inspection and submit report.
In-charge of Emergency Response Plans (ERP) for the premises.
Coordinate with WSH committee for fire safety or Workplace Safety Health related job scope.
Assist to establish a Fire Safety Committee and Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
Conduct Fire Safety Training for occupants, fire wardens and Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) on emergency and evacuation procedures.
Conduct Emergency Evacuation Exercise (Fire Drill) and Table-top Exercise (TTE) and prepare post-mortem reports.
Liaise and coordinate with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) on all matters pertaining to fire safety and its requirement and provide advisory on fire safety related matters and any other requirements as per Fire Safety Act.
Prepare annual FSM report for the company.
Attend the pre-fire certification renewal testing and endorse form on behalf of the company as required by Fire Safety Act.

Job Requirement
Must have valid Fire Safety Manager certification.
Preferably with 2 to 3 years experience as a Fire Safety Manager or related experience in a similar capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
