Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Fire Protection Maintenance Technician to perform inspection, servicing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire protection systems at commercial, industrial, and residential sites across Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems regularly to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Service and troubleshoot fire alarm systems, hose reels, extinguishers, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and related equipment to resolve faults and maintain functionality
- Respond promptly to site breakdowns and perform rectification works to restore system performance
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records for all assigned tasks
- Follow safety standards and company procedures strictly during all maintenance and servicing activities
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and site personnel to coordinate work and resolve issues
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic knowledge or experience in fire protection, mechanical & electrical (M&E), electrical, or maintenance works
- Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and develop skills through on-the-job training
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Physical fitness and comfort with hands-on outdoor and on-site work
