1. Site Supervision:
- Supervise and coordinate M&E works on-site (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, etc.).
- Ensure that M&E subcontractors are executing works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth operations.
2. Quality Control & Compliance:
- Conduct inspections and quality checks for M&E installations.
- Ensure adherence to local codes, safety regulations, and project standards.
- Coordinate M&E testing and commissioning activities.
3. Progress Monitoring:
- Track and report M&E work progress against the project schedule.
- Identify potential delays and coordinate solutions to minimize impact.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports for management.
4. Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate between M&E subcontractors and other disciplines (civil, architectural).
- Attend site meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues on-site.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain proper documentation of M&E drawings, RFIs, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Verify and endorse work completion for progress claims.
6. Health & Safety:
- Ensure that all M&E works comply with the safety protocols on-site.
- Report and mitigate any hazards or unsafe practices related to M&E works.
