Job Summary
Perform drafting tasks for additions and alterations (A&A) and project works within the fire protection industry, ensuring accurate and timely submission of shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Draft detailed drawings for A&A and project works in the M&E industry to support construction and fire protection projects
- Apply knowledge of construction M&E works to produce accurate and compliant technical drawings
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to create and revise shop drawings for submission
- Prepare and submit shop drawings according to project timelines and specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all organizational levels to coordinate drafting requirements and resolve issues
- Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines, including the ability to work extended hours when necessary
Required competencies and certifications
- Familiarity with Fire A&A or project works in the M&E industry
- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in the M&E industry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in construction M&E works
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5 and a half day work week
