Fire Protection Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender submissions, quotations, and cost estimates for fire protection works.
• Oversee installation of fire protection systems in accordance with specifications and standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and manage technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and support project reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in fire protection or M&E coordination.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, hydrants, etc.).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local fire safety codes and regulations (SCDF) is an advantage.
