Job Description

A Fire Protection BIM Modeller is responsible for creating and coordinating 3D BIM models for fire protection systems such as sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and fire suppression systems using software like Revit. The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, coordinating with other disciplines (MEP, structural, and architectural), performing clash detection, and ensuring the design complies with project specifications, codes, and standards. The modeller also supports construction by updating models, producing as-built drawings, and maintaining accurate BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle
