Fintech – Head of Compliance

Our client is a CMS licensed Fintech which focuses on tokenized, institutional-grade private market investments enabling investors to gain fractional ownership of private market digital assets.

This is a leadership role that will manage the compliance team and be responsible for end-to-end compliance matters with visibility towards C-suite stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for end-to-end compliance matters across regulatory compliance and AML.
• Point of contact with regulators such as MAS.
• Provide leadership to the compliance team.
• Work closely with C-suite stakeholders and advise the business on regulatory requirements and assist to navigate the regulatory landscape.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• At least 10 years of broad compliance generalist background from a CMS licensed entity and ideally has recent years of experience in the fintech industry with a focus on digital assets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to help the business in navigating through complex regulatory landscape.
• Experience in liaising with regulators and team management skills will be advantageous.
