What You'll Do
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Partner with cross‑functional business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements. Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.
- Strategic Liaison – Act as the key bridge between business units, product teams, and development teams — ensuring full alignment on project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Project Lifecycle Leadership – Lead the frontend of the project lifecycle, and provide ongoing support through QA, UAT coordination, and final system validation. Help accelerate release cycles by improving backlog prioritisation.
- Agile Practices – Participate in agile ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and define clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
- QA Collaboration – Work with QA teams to define test plans and ensure delivered solutions meet documented business requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a business analyst or in project management — ideally within FinTech.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and agile practices, including UAT and system rollouts.
- Proficient with requirements management tools and advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
- Adaptable, with strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
