What You'll Do

 

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Partner with cross‑functional business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements. Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.
  • Strategic Liaison – Act as the key bridge between business units, product teams, and development teams — ensuring full alignment on project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Project Lifecycle Leadership – Lead the frontend of the project lifecycle, and provide ongoing support through QA, UAT coordination, and final system validation. Help accelerate release cycles by improving backlog prioritisation.
  • Agile Practices – Participate in agile ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and define clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • QA Collaboration – Work with QA teams to define test plans and ensure delivered solutions meet documented business requirements.

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a business analyst or in project management — ideally within FinTech.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and agile practices, including UAT and system rollouts.
  • Proficient with requirements management tools and advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
  • Adaptable, with strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
