Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Managers to lead transformation and operational excellence engagements across the Financial Services sector, including banking, stock exchanges, digital asset exchanges, investment management, wealth management, insurance, and fintech. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver process transformation, operating model redesign, digital innovation, and AI-enabled business solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex transformation, process optimisation, and AI-enabled programmes for financial services clients.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on operating model design, business transformation, cost optimisation, process excellence, and technology enablement.
• Drive front-to-back operational transformation initiatives across functions such as client onboarding, trade lifecycle management, finance, risk, compliance, customer operations, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, intelligent automation, process mining, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Lead project planning, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate executive workshops and present recommendations to senior leadership teams.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Lead proposal development, business development activities, and client pursuits within the financial services sector.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments impacting financial institutions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop consultants while fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, AI offerings, and intellectual capital development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in management consulting, transformation consulting, operational excellence, process optimisation, digital transformation, or strategic advisory.
• Significant consulting experience gained within professional services firm is highly preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes involving operating model redesign, business process re-engineering, cost optimisation, regulatory change, or enterprise-wide transformation.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including Generative AI, intelligent automation, process mining, advanced analytics, or machine learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office operations within financial services institutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading business development initiatives, proposal writing, client presentations, and account growth activities.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, CFA, FRM, TOGAF, or AI-related certifications are advantageous.
