Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer

Our client is a leading international law firm who are looking to hire for their Financial Services Regulatory team. One of the key sectors of their firm is Financial Institutions, so they have extremely strong institutional relationships globally and have a good deal flow. You will be advising on a broad spectrum of financial regulatory matters, such as SFA licensing, payment services regulations, banking and insurance regulations, AI regulations and real world token asset tokenisation.

Requirements:

• SG Qualified, 3-8 PQE
• Minimum Second Upper for your LLB
• Experience with Financial Services Regulatory work, gained either in an international law firm or with a leading local law firm that has a strong FSR practice
• Genuine interest in understanding technical legislation and regulatory requirements
• Attention to detail, commercially driven and strong analytical ability
