Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Financial Consultants
- Drive team productivity, professionalism, and compliance standards
- Conduct coaching sessions, case discussions, and performance reviews
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new advisors
- Maintain own client portfolio and advisory responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and regulatory standards
