Recruitment & Team Management Recruit, coach, develop, and supervise up to 15 Financial Planners (FPs). Build, motivate, and lead a professional, competent, and productive team. Monitor team compliance, productivity, and achievement of sales targets and persistency.
Business Development Plan and execute strategies for sales growth and recruitment. Develop a sustainable client base. Perform personal sales to remain relevant and current.
Quality & Compliance Ensure proper documentation of FNAs and insurance applications. Validate FPs transactions to ensure client affordability and product suitability. Monitor persistency and quality of business. Ensure adherence to industry, regulatory, and company requirements, including HSBC Code of Conduct.
Training & Development Ensure FPs complete compulsory training, CPD hours, coaching, JFW, and meeting requirements. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance assessments (including JFW Assessments). Maintain updated P-files and meeting records for audits, handovers, and reviews.
Personal Development
Stay competent and up to date through: Compulsory training and Global Mandatory Training (GMT). CPD hours and professional development courses.
Attend regular coaching and meetings with Director or proxy supervisor.
Complete required training programmes: Manager Builder (FSM level). AMTC Programme (for promotion to FSD).
Obtain professional qualifications (e.g., ChFC, CLU).
