Job Description

Job Title: Financial Services Industry Management Role (Core Founding Team Member)
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Founder / Managing Partner
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly capable and systems-thinking management professional to join our founding team, responsible for the overall operations and management of our Singapore office. This role will be deeply involved in the execution of financial services business lines (including foreign exchange, fund management, etc.), serving as the key link between front-end business, back-end support, and critical clients. It is a pivotal position for the company's scaling and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office and Operations Management
    . Oversee day-to-day operations of the Singapore office, establishing and optimizing internal processes and management mechanisms.
    . Ensure coordinated and efficient operations across all functional modules (business, operations, compliance, support, etc.).

  2. Team and Project Management
    . Manage and lead cross-functional teams, clarifying roles, objectives, and delivery standards.
    . Coordinate project progress and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of key initiatives.

  3. Back Office and Channel Coordination
    . Liaise with internal and external channels and back-office teams to ensure stable and professional service delivery.
    . Continuously improve service processes to enhance overall delivery efficiency and client experience.

  4. Client Relationship Management
    . Participate in and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as a primary management and communication interface.
    . Collaborate with the founder to develop long-term cooperation and trust with high-value clients.

  5. Collaboration with the Founder
    . Maintain frequent, high-quality communication with the founder to understand strategic intent and translate it into actionable plans.
    . Build effective rapport in a fast-changing environment to support the implementation of company strategy and phase-based goals.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.
. At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the financial services industry (e.g., foreign exchange, funds, asset management).
. Demonstrated experience in team and project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and complex collaborations.
. Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, capable of clear and professional two-way communication.
. Proactive, energetic, steady, pragmatic, and results-driven.
. Direct and efficient communication style, with the drive and willingness to push initiatives to completion.
