Job Summary
You will perform comprehensive financial planning with clients, managing the full sales cycle to achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead initiatives to drive business growth and maintain a portfolio by providing tailored financial advice and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial planning exercises with clients to identify and address their financial and protection needs, ensuring successful sales outcomes and meeting production targets through on-the-job training
- Manage inquiries and referrals from introducers, internal teams, and external partners, maintaining direct engagement with customers throughout the entire sales process to secure conversions
- Deliver a seamless customer experience from application submission, medical underwriting, to policy inception, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Respond promptly to client servicing queries and act as the primary contact for resolving customer complaints, maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Manage and grow a personal portfolio of clients by providing professional financial advice on wealth accumulation, protection, and legacy planning tailored to individual client goals
- Lead and contribute to company initiatives and projects such as Lead Generation Campaigns and Customer Promotions to support business development and brand presence
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets with 3-5 years of relevant experience or a fresh graduate with a strong learning mindset and proactive attitude
- Experience in insurance or investment-related sales environments is an added advantage
