The Financial Services Consultant will provide regulated advisory services covering protection, health, wealth accumulation, retirement, investment and legacy planning needs. You will conduct financial needs analysis, deliver suitable recommendations, manage client relationships and ensure advisory conduct standards are met in accordance with MAS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
. Conduct consultations, fact-finding and risk profiling
. Develop and present tailored financial planning recommendations
. Manage servicing, claims support and portfolio reviews
. Build and retain client relationships through networking and referrals
. Maintain accurate documentation and suitability records
. Coordinate with compliance, underwriting and operations functions
. Meet activity expectations and advisory performance benchmarks

Requirements
. CMFAS certifications: RES5, M9, M9A, HI (M8/M8A advantageous)
. Minimum 2 years experience in financial advisory, insurance or wealth roles
. Proven capability in prospecting, client engagement and advisory servicing
. Familiarity with platform-based or multi-insurer advisory environments is an advantage
. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
