Job Description
This role involves providing customer service to walk-in customers at post offices and identifying potential customers who may be interested in the financial services offered by our partner bank.
Financial Sales Referral
- Generate leads and referrals for insurance, and banking and financing solutions (B2C) with our partnered financial institutions
- Be the advisor to provide best offerings of Financial products to our customers
Customer Service
- Provide good customers service experience
- Assist walk in customers in areas of need
Requirements:
- Has customer service and sales experience in retail / financial industries
- Comfortable to work with sales target
Other Information:
- Work Location: Multiple locations, based on assigned Post Office
- Work Hours: 44 hours per week (with Saturday and Sunday based on rostered / shifts)
