Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets.
- Manage branch operations including loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products, and administrative tasks.
- Support daily branch activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct collection activities and negotiate with customers on overdue loan repayments.
- Review and verify customer information for loan applications.
- Maintain and update customer files, including electronic records, in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in loan sales or relationship management, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven track record in personal and corporate loan sales.
- Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Experience in evaluating loan applications and assessing credit risk.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Basic understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
