GENERAL SUMMARY
The FP&A Manager will assist the Head of FP&A, APAC to implement a robust performance management framework, closely monitoring financial performance, and producing insightful management reporting for senior stakeholders. The role will help in overseeing expense tracking and allocation, drive efficiency initiatives, and coordinate annual and long-term financial planning processes. Substantial liaison with all stakeholders is expected to build the analytical and commercial capabilities of the finance function.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement a robust performance management framework to monitor financial performance of APAC's regions and business units, in close cooperation with Underwriting, Actuarial, and other relevant functions.
Oversee expense tracking and allocation, provide insights on spend, and make recommendations for efficiency opportunities across APAC.
Produce insightful, results-oriented management reporting for senior management and strengthen control processes around finance close, forecasts, and planning.
Coordinate and facilitate annual and long-term financial planning based on top-down targets and review of bottom-up plans, including frequent forecasting.
Ensure familiarity with Anaplan and other relevant financial systems. Strong analytical and modelling skills; understanding of corporate finance concepts and processes
