About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance and business insights.
- Partner with business units to support financial planning, scenario analysis, and ad hoc projects.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the FP&A function.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
