The Financial Planning Analyst supports the organization's financial management by maintaining financial transparency, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including the Income Statement (Profit & Loss), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Support the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts, contributing insights for effective financial planning and decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights into company performance, financial trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions and generate financial reports for management review.
- Ensure that financial reporting complies with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
- Preparation of reports in both English and Korean language as and when required by headquarters.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or financial planning experience
- Proficiency in Korean & English (spoken and written) is required for reporting andliaising with key Korean stakeholders based in Korea Headquarter
- SAP experience preferred
- Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.
