Support the team with KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Prepare regular management reports and budget analysis to support business decisions.
Assist in business planning and budgeting, working closely with business teams to forecast growth.
Support special projects end-to-end, including data analysis, problem identification, and implementation of improvements.
Conduct finance-related ad-hoc analysis to support internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields.
Strong interest in FP&A, business analytics, or finance roles.
Numbers-driven with good Excel and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
