As part of their expansion across the region, they are looking for an entrepreneurial and independent professional to be in a newly created role as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

about the job

Reporting to the CFO, you will be solely responsible for the full financial planning and analysis responsibility to support the strategic directions for their Asia business whilst rolling out HQ initiatives to the site finance analysts based in countries. Partnering with the business stakeholders, you will provide qualitative insights on business performance with full P&L coverage, drive profitability and cost efficiencies. With their aggressive expansion plans across the region, you will also build financial models for financial evaluation of potential investments.

skills and experience required

You must be degree qualified CA/CPA with at least 8 years relevant financial analysis experience gained from manufacturing industry and preferably some prior years in external audit. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders. You are a self-starter who enjoy being in a dynamic and agile environment.
