Your role

Reporting to the Regional FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial planning and analysis activities for assigned business banners across Southeast Asia Retail. This includes consolidating, reporting, and analyzing regional financial performance to provide insights that support business decisions and communicate results to key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Consolidation and analysis of regional Budget, Forecast and Rolling Forecast
• Monthly consolidation and analysis of regional Actual Net Sales and Profit and Loss
• Monthly consolidation and analysis of regional Profit and Loss
• Preparation of regional Monthly Business Review deck
• Manages the relationship with Corporate team to ensure recurring reporting delivery
• Manages the relationship with Banners/Country financial controllers to prepare timetables and consolidated results
• Manages the relationship GBS Manila to ensure proper allocation of central cost and provide support on tax calculation and GST calculation

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Consulting.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP FI/CO, HFM, Oracle Planning, and BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
• A good communicator at all level.
• Retail industry experience is preferred.
