Job Description

Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support financial performance management, strategic planning, and business decision-making across the organisation. This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and combines financial planning, commercial partnering, performance analysis, and treasury-related responsibilities.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

. Lead monthly financial reporting and performance reviews, delivering meaningful analysis, commentary, and insights to support management decision-making.

. Partner closely with business leaders and functional teams to monitor financial performance, provide rolling forecasts, and drive accountability against key targets.

. Coordinate and manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.

. Support the evaluation of investment proposals, business cases, and strategic initiatives through financial modelling and scenario analysis.

. Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity monitoring, including coordination of surplus fund management and investment-related reporting activities.

. Act as a key liaison across departments to improve financial processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and technology.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are advantageous.

. Approximately 5 years of relevant FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering experience, with prior exposure to budgeting and performance management.

. Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, coupled with advanced Excel skills.

. Experience working with ERP and reporting platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Sage, Power BI, or similar financial systems.

. Effective communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate financial information into actionable business insights.

. Self-driven and detail-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset and experience supporting finance transformation or process optimisation initiatives.
