Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including payment processing, collections, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense monitoring.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, completely, and in a timely manner in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, follow up on outstanding balances, and support cash flow management.
Prepare and review operational financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations for management reporting purposes.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Prepare, review, and coordinate contractual and transactional documents, including sales agreements, financing agreements, deferred payment agreements, hire purchase agreements, lease-related documents, guarantees, and related annexes or supporting documentation.
Ensure contracts and related documents are prepared accurately, are consistent with approved commercial terms, and comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and operational procedures.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, customers, dealers, and counterparties to facilitate contract drafting, revision, execution, and completion.
Maintain proper records and filing of executed contracts, financial documents, approvals, and supporting correspondence.
Track contract status, key terms, conditions precedent, expiry dates, and outstanding documentation to ensure timely follow-up and completion.
Coordinate with auditors, dealers, vendors, customers, and internal departments on financial and operational matters.
Maintain and improve financial and operational processes, workflows, and internal controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, standard operating processes, and documentation controls.
Identify operational inefficiencies, control gaps, contractual risks, or process issues, and recommend practical improvements.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and management requests by providing relevant financial records, contracts, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational, financial, and contractual matters are properly executed and resolved.
Perform ad hoc financial, operational, documentation, and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
For Manager level: at least 5years of relevant experience experience preferred.
Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting processes, reconciliations, documentation control, and internal controls.
Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting processes.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in both financial and contractual documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or document management systems.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
A hands-on, responsible, and positive working attitude.
