Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across all Retail and Wholesale

operations in our operating countries.

- Monitor financial performance and KPIs across retail stores, wholesale accounts, and online

channels throughout the region.

- Support Regional expansion, business model optimization, and pricing strategies.

- Provide detailed sales, margin, and profitability analysis by channel, product, and customer

segment.

- Analyze performance trends across stores, e-commerce, and wholesale clients to support

data-driven decisions.

- Drive improvements in stock control and cost of goods sold (COGS) tracking

- Improve financial processes across POS, ERP, and accounting platforms to ensure real-time

visibility and efficiency.

- Advise leadership on pricing, promotions, supplier negotiations, and store performance.

- Support scenario modelling for new store openings, channel expansion, and product line

introductions.

- Monitor currency risks, supplier dependencies, and other financial risks in the supply chain.

- Partner with department heads (e.g., Sales, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and HR) to

align financial goals with business objectives.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
