This is not a hunter-only BD role or a narrow execution desk.
Anapi is a specialist financial lines brokerage working with fintechs, VC-backed companies, and regulated financial institutions. We focus on placements, renewals, and real client ownership across D&O, PI, Cyber, and related lines.
We are hiring a financial lines broker who already does this work well and wants broader ownership, faster decisions, and direct accountability.
What you will do
Own a portfolio of fintech and growth-company clients across renewals and new placements
Run end-to-end placements across D&O, PI, Cyber, including submissions, remarketing, and insurer nego
Manage renewal volume with discipline, pace, and accuracy
Advise founders, CFOs, legal and compliance teams on coverage structure, exclusions, and trade-offs
Grow revenue through portfolio expansion, cross-sell, referrals, and selective inbound opportunities
You will be trusted to run your book independently, without layers of internal escalation.

What success looks like
After 6 months:
You are running placements and renewals independently
Insurers know you and engage with you directly
You are trusted with a live portfolio and real decisions
After 1218 months:
You own a stable book of fintech and growth-company clients
You generate revenue through renewals, expansion, and referrals
You are paid on outcomes, not tenure
Requirements
37 years experience in financial lines insurance (broking preferred)
Hands-on experience with D&O, PI, Cyber, and related lines
Proven exposure to placements and renewals at volume
Singapore Citizen, PR, or Malaysian Citizen
GI qualifications (ComGI, PGI, BCP, HI) preferred but not mandatory
Comfortable operating autonomously in a lean, fast-moving brokerage
