Financial Due Diligence, Associate Director
Our client, a professional consulting firm is seeking to expand their team in M&A and is seeking for Financial Due Diligence Professional
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial due diligence by assessing financial statements, earnings quality, net assets, and cash flow performance to uncover key risks and deal insights.
- Develop clear, concise reports and presentations highlighting financial and commercial findings, and their impact on valuation and transaction terms.
- Engage in discussions with clients and target management teams, providing analytical support and ensuring smooth execution throughout the engagement.
- Oversee and validate detailed analyses related to Quality of Earnings, Profit & Loss, and Working Capital.
- Supervise and mentor junior professionals, managing multiple workstreams while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by preparing engagement materials and supporting senior leadership in client pitches and sales efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, with CPA or CA qualification.
- Proven Big Four background with hands-on experience
- Strong expertise in financial due diligence and auditing within a professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with preferred experience in data analytics
- Highly analytical, commercially minded, and decisive, with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
