An investment management platform is looking for an experienced finance professional to lead finance operations and support the implementation of a new ERP system across multiple group entities. This role combines hands-on financial management with finance transformation and systems work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee core finance operations including AP, AR, GL, consolidation and financial reporting
- Review month-end reporting from overseas entities and supervise payment processes
- Manage audits, statutory reporting, and corporate / indirect tax filings
- Ensure regulatory and compliance reporting for licensed entities
- Support group treasury activities including cashflow management and intercompany funding
- Partner with internal stakeholders on finance policies, billing matters and operational queries
- Lead ERP implementation including vendor evaluation, workflow design, UAT and post go-live support
- Manage data migration, reporting dashboards and finance system improvements
- Support business expansion initiatives, including new entity setups and licensing requirements
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with approximately at least 10 years of experience
- Background in financial services, investment management or related industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of finance operations, consolidation accounting and financial controls
- Experience leading ERP or finance system implementations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with finance systems is advantageous
