【Core Responsibilities】
1. Fundraising and Capital Strategy
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term fundraising strategies (equity, convertible instruments, strategic investments) with a focus on Singapore and Southeast Asian markets;
- Lead the full fundraising lifecycle: including investor screening, roadshow presentations, due diligence, valuation discussions, term negotiations, and final closing;
- Design and optimize the company's capital structure to support sustainable growth.
2. Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships (Singapore Local Resource Focus)
- Individual Investor Resources: Leverage extensive local Singapore networks to independently engage ultra-high-net-worth family offices and individual investors, facilitating investments through targeted roadshows and one-on-one meetings;
- Listed Company Resources: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Singapore and Asia-Pacific listed companies to explore equity financing, industry collaborations, and M&A opportunities;
- Institutional Resources: Manage engagement with Singaporean and international venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) funds, efficiently advancing institutional financing processes;
- Prepare and maintain investor materials including roadshow presentations, financial models, and business update reports;
- Support CEO and Board communications with existing and potential investors.
3. Financial and Strategic Support
- Collaborate closely with finance and leadership teams to develop financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and valuation models;
- Support M&A, strategic partnerships, and IP investment opportunities through financial and business analysis;
- Monitor capital market trends and investment dynamics in gaming and technology sectors, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
4. Governance and Compliance
- Coordinate with legal counsel, auditors, and corporate secretarial teams to ensure all financing activities comply with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and local laws;
- Manage financing documentation, shareholder agreements, and disclosure requirements.
【Qualifications】
1. Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields;
MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic investments, with the majority gained locally in Singapore;
- Extensive direct access to Singaporean high-net-worth individuals and family offices, with proven track record of successfully securing capital (Core Requirement - Mandatory);
- Familiarity with capital operation logic of Singapore-listed companies, with proven track record in successfully connecting or introducing industrial capital;
- Deep understanding of venture capital decision-making processes, with extensive local and international VC/PE networks;
- Proven success in leading and completing multiple funding rounds;
- Experience in gaming, technology, internet, or content-driven industries preferred.
3. Skills & Qualities
- In-depth understanding of equity financing structures, valuation methodologies, and investment terms;
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively promote company value in high-level business settings;
- Familiarity with Singapore's financial regulatory policies, tax laws, and listing rules;
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese preferred (required for in-depth engagement with international investors and local institutions);
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
