Job Description :

Responsibilities:

. Partner with key business units to ensure accurate financial reporting of internal and external agreements.

. Lead financial and regulatory reporting, analysis, and reconciliation to meet statutory and Divisional requirements.

. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory, GAAP and IFRS, and other company requirements.

. Manage internal and external audit functions to ensure compliance and validity of financial information.

. Drive the delivery of accurate financial analyses and implement process improvements for efficiency.

. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial strategies with organisational objectives.

. Lead the implementation of new accounting guidance and policies for financial transactions.

. Contribute to the vision for consolidated financial reporting processes.

. Provide visible leadership, manage the team effectively, and ensure alignment with business strategy.

Qualifications:
