A real estate fund company with strong worldwide presence and a diverse portfolio of properties and investments. As part of its ongoing commitment to improving its business functions, they are now looking to recruit a high calibre professional to be part of their lean team as a Finance Controller.
About The Job
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be leading a small team with responsibility over the full spectrum of finance controllership including financial and management reporting, fund reporting & treasury, compliance and tax support. You are comfortable being hands-on given a lean team and will be the point of contact with the audit and tax agents. You will drive continuous improvements to business processes, controls and policies.
Skills And Experience Required
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 10 years of finance controllership experience within the real estate sector. Proficiency with Yardi is highly advantageous. You are steadfast and confident liaising with the senior management and business partners.
