Pyxis CF Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing company. PYXIS innovates and Designs Equipment for the state of Art Panel Based Semiconductor Manufacturing Process.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as the principal finance partner to the CEO and CFO, providing forward-looking insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality financial materials, analyses, and presentations, and participate in executive and management meetings as required.
Company Finance Operations & Oversight
- Lead the Company's corporate finance functions, including corporate reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax and working capital management.
- Drive strong financial discipline across the organization, including oversight of cost structures, margin and yield-related financial analysis, capital expenditure governance, and operational financial performance.
- Strengthen finance operating models, systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
- Drive the automation and digitalization of financial processes to improve productivity and reporting quality.
Financial Planning, Performance Management & Controls
- Lead robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across the Company.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to executive management.
- Act as the primary management interface with external auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and enterprise-wide projects.
Key Qualifications for Success:
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CA.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Senior finance leader with deep experience in corporate finance, financial control, and performance management within a semiconductor or manufacturing‑intensive environment.
- Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles such as Financial Controller or Finance Director with Company‑wide scope.
- Candidates with extensive exposure to manufacturing finance and operating models of similar complexity are strongly preferred.
- Strong technical grounding in Company reporting, Company FP&A, treasury and insurance, tax and internal controls.
- Exposure to China operations and regulatory environments is advantageous.
