Maison 21G Paris is a fast-growing luxury fragrance house redefining perfumery through personalization, sustainability, and bespoke scent creation. Founded by master perfumer Johanna Monange, the brand operates internationally across retail boutiques, e-commerce, and luxury hospitality partnerships.
As the company continues to grow globally, we are looking for a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to bring structure, clarity, and strong financial leadership to our operations.
This role reports directly to the Founder & CEO and plays a critical part in supporting the company's growth and investor reporting.
What You Will Do
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly financial reports (Global P&L and by channel, Cash Flow) and Balance Sheet twice a year
- Provide clear financial insights and analysis to the CEO and key investors
- Prepare investor reporting and financial summaries
- Monitor financial performance and identify key variances
Finance Operations
- Supervise daily accounting operations
- Ensure accurate daily bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and payment flows in our ERP
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in Odoo ERP and reconciled
Tax, Compliance & Regulatory Reporting (Singapore)
- Manage GST reporting and submissions to IRAS.
- Ensure accurate preparation and filing of GST declarations.
- Supervise corporate tax reporting
- Ensure compliance with Singapore financial and accounting regulations.
- Prepare financial documentation required for IRAS submissions and statutory filings.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and compliance procedures.
Team Leadership
- Manage and support a junior accounting team (2 persons)
- Improve processes and reduce operational backlog
- Implement better financial workflows and automation with odoo ERP
Strategic Finance Support
- Help leadership make faster decisions through clear financial visibility
- Support budgeting and forecasting of cash flow for growth
- Ensure financial discipline across the organization

Requirements
- Degree in Finance / Accounting
- 5-7 years experience in finance, accounting or financial control
- Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and financial reporting
- Experience managing finance operations or small teams
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo will be a strong plus)

Location: Singapore
Compensation: Up to SGD 6000/month depending on experiences.
