Financial Controller

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a high calibre Financial Controller to oversee the financial leadership of the Asia Pacific region.

The executive role is responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions across multiple business units, including financial reporting, group consolidation, tax, treasury, risk and sustainability finance. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in IFRS/IAS compliance, corporate tax planning, banking/treasury management and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/IAS.

Ensure high-quality, timely financial reporting across all subsidiaries.

Maintain strong internal control environments and support external and internal audits.

Oversee group-wide cash flow management, banking relationships and funding strategy.

Optimize capital allocation, manage credit facilities and monitor financial risk.
