Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations for the SEA region, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements and global policies.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with global business goals, partnering closely with senior stakeholders on planning and pricing initiatives.
• Drive financial performance through in-depth analysis, variance reviews, and profitability assessments.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements for audit and statutory filings.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes, delivering actionable financial insights.
• Strengthen governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and reinforce internal controls across all markets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
