Financial Controller (Logistics)

Join a well-established and forward-looking Logistics MNC with global presence. Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Financial Controller to be part of the established business in Singapore.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO and managing a team, you will be overseeing financial accounting and reporting, planning process (strategic, budget and forecast, including targets) as well as to implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor performance, flow of funds, adherence to budget, expenditures, income, cost of sales and other budgetary items. Lead the selection, management, development and motivation of the Finance organization in Singapore.

Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances. Develop action plans, measure and analyze results and initiate corrective actions to minimize the impact of negative variances.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in logistics industry. It is essential to have strong knowledge in IFRS, internal controls as well as track record in business partnering. We are seeking a result-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Finance leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
