Key Responsibilities
International Business Enablement
- Lead the setup and registration of new legal entities globally
- Support market-entry initiatives and ensure operational readiness
Compliance & Risk Management
- Liaise with government, banking, tax, and FX authorities
- Identify and mitigate financial, tax, and regulatory risks
- Ensure compliance with local laws and internal governance
Financial Architecture
- Design and harmonize financial management systems and workflows
- Collaborate with overseas finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and controls
- Strengthen accounting processes and maintain data integrity
Strategic Business Partnership
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership
- Support decision-making for global business development, expansion, and investment
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- (Master's degree / CPA / ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience
- Proven experience in international expansion and legal entity setup
- Strong understanding of global regulatory, tax, and financial frameworks
- Professional proficiency in English (mandatory)
