*This position is assigned to SJE Management Pte Ltd, which is an affiliated entity to Golden Agri Resources. SJE Management Pte Ltd is a Singapore registered company involved in investment and management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Review of operation + Report generation
- Review payment lists and expense records (in excel templates)
- Upload records to accounting system
- Bank reconciliation for expense and cash balances against reports in accounting system
- Maintain records in accounting system
- Generating various expense report, Expense budget variance reports, Cashflow reports, weekly cash reports
Accounting for financial, tax and statutory reporting
- Preparing financial statements for entities
- Preparing GST assessments for payments to / refunds from IRAS
- Preparing financials for statutory reports
- Ensure that all statutory and internal deadlines are met for reporting purposes
- Assisting with yearly budget forecast and periodic budget updates
Collaboration with other parties
- Meeting info requests
- Managing and reviewing operations processes as part of internal controls
- Liaise with tax agents and external service providers
Job Requirements:
- Experience from Fund admin service provider or inhouse investment company (PE, VC, Hedge funds) and/or Family Office
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different parties
- Well versed using MS Office and accounting systems
