Key Responsibilities

. Financial Reporting - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

. Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead the annual budgeting process and produce rolling forecasts to support strategic planning.

. Cash Flow Management - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.

. Internal Controls - Develop and enforce strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk‑management procedures.

. Audit Coordination - Manage external audits, prepare required documentation, and ensure timely completion.

. Compliance Oversight - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and industry‑specific financial requirements.

. Process Optimization - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve financial systems.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.

. Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.

. Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP.

. Proven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
