Financial Controller

We are a growing SME seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team and support our next phase of growth. This hands-on role is suited for a finance leader with IPO experience, expertise in SGX compliance, board reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage accounts, month-end close, and financial reporting

. Ensure compliance with SFRS/IFRS and SGX Catalist requirements

. Prepare board reports and financial analysis for management

. Handle IPO-related and post-listing reporting and disclosures

. Liaise with auditors, sponsors, tax agents, and advisors

. Maintain internal controls and financial governance

. Lead and manage a small finance team

Requirements

. Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)

. 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an SME environment

. IPO and Catalist-listed company experience

. Strong technical accounting and regulatory reporting knowledge
