Job Description

. Source and connect with potential clients through referrals, leads, and networking channels.

. Meet with clients to understand their financial situation and insurance requirements.

. Recommend suitable insurance solutions and explain available coverage options.

. Draft and present customized insurance proposals.

. Follow up regularly to maintain strong client relationships.

. Review existing policies periodically to ensure they meet clients changing needs.

. Guide clients through application processes and ensure accurate completion of all documents.

. Keep up-to-date with market trends, insurance products, and regulatory updates.

. Drive sales and support the team in achieving overall targets.

Job Requirements

. Licensed insurance agent looking for a new team opportunity.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to establish trust and lasting relationships with clients.

. Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented.

. Basic understanding of financial and insurance products is a bonus but not required.

. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

. Open to training and acquiring necessary insurance certifications/licenses.

Salary Range: around SGD1000 - SGD 3000 (Based on experience and competence) + commission (hit KPI)

Working Days: 5Days per week (9am - 6pm)

Working Location: CBD
