Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend tailored financial strategies covering wealth protection, savings, retirement, and investment planning to meet client needs
- Establish and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships by actively listening and advising clients through evolving financial milestones
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship and sales supervision to enhance professional skills and career growth
- Adapt to a sales-driven environment and manage performance-based commission earnings effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification (degree holders welcome)
- Reside in Singapore
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and colleagues effectively
- Possess knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices (advantageous but not required)
