Role Description This is a full-time Financial Consultant role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Consultant will engage clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and provide tailored advice across protection, savings, and investment needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing comprehensive financial plans, advising on suitable insurance and investment solutions, and guiding clients on retirement and legacy planning. The role involves monitoring market and regulatory developments, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and adjusting strategies in line with clients changing circumstances. The Financial Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams on product knowledge, compliance requirements, and client servicing to ensure high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and responsibly.
  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, including goal-based planning and long-term portfolio design.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing client needs, evaluating product suitability, and interpreting market information.
  • Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are an advantage.
  • Strong client relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with a commitment to ethical and client-centric advice.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams in a hybrid environment, with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with financial advisory regulations and compliance requirements in Singapore is preferred.
