How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide professional and consultative advice on financial planning and insurance solutions based on clients needs and objectives
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing servicing and reviews
• Support clients in areas such as protection, savings, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation
• Develop and implement client acquisition and relationship-building activities
• Follow up on enquiries and client requests in a timely and professional manner
• Work towards individual and team performance goals
• Participate in training, coaching, and business development activities
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Holders of a GCE A Level Certificate, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, Degree qualification, or other recognised equivalent qualifications
• Fresh graduates and mid-career individuals are welcome to apply
• Experience in banking, insurance, financial services, sales, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and growth mindset
  

How You'll Be Rewarded

Allowance

• Entry-level candidates with minimum GCE A Level Certificate or Local Diploma - Up to S$2,500/month
• Candidates with Degree qualifications - Up to S$4,000/month
• Mid-career professionals may qualify for programmes with support of up to S$10,000/month
