Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Representation
- Act as a representative of Smart Funding in corporate functions and operational matters.
- Collaborate with the Singapore HQ corporate team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Financial Analysis and Credit Research
- Lead borrower and investor onboarding, including KYC/KYB and due diligence.
- Conduct credit analysis and prepare detailed credit memos to support investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze existing portfolio companies and potential M&A targets.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.
Support for Corporate Transactions
- Assist in the execution and management of corporate transactions, including M&A.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations to support Group management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar setting.
- Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Prefer Qualifications:
- Profession of CMFAS RES1B exam or willingness to obtain it is an advantage.
- Passion for utilizing and maximizing Generative AI tools.
