JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Subsidiary Compliance ROB
- Supporting subsidiary & sub region leadership as they execute compliance as a foundational & cultural pillar of their rhythm of business.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies, supported by leadership's strong tone at the top and efficient compliance governance process with regular monitoring.
- Provide compliance support, consulting services, and monitoring in support of management's business objectives and their responsibility to mitigate risk.
- Work and support the Business & Finance Compliance champs in the sub train them on driving good tone and investigating red flags and dashboard indicators.
- Support AHQ C&C Mgr conduct /facilitate the Subsidiary & sub region Compliance Committee meetings to elevate compliance as top of mind with the Country Manager, Senior Leadership Team, Legal and HR, and orchestrate the remediation of compliance issues.
- Point of contact for all compliance questions in the subsidiary & sub-region
Subsidiary Control Assessment (SCA) monitoring Framework
- Identify and address geo-specific risks not covered in the global Compliance framework.
- Work with Auditor (quarterly controls testing) POC to ensure prompt resolution of issues and feedback.
- Review root causes and remediations for ASEAN Subsidiary control assessment observations to ensure effective remediation taken by ASEAN subsidiaries.
- Continuous feedback loop with third-party audit and risk consultants (controls testing), Corp C&C and Accenture (e.g., Buy Center, Accounts Payable) to improve the risk elimination achieved by the 3rd party work.
- Closed group collaboration with external parties providing helpdesk and monitoring services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Assessment experience in an IT/ Technology environment with commercial background.
- Candidates with internal auditor enterprise risk management consulting background would be preferred as well
- Should have business process engagement.
- Strong analytical skills (e.g., Excel, pivot tables, Power BI).
- Solid program management capabilities.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and manage reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills - Strong proficiency in Excel (Vlookup / Pivot Tables / PowerBI) with a strong eye for data analysis.
- Excellent presentation building experience - content creation for meetings and business trainings using PowerPoint. Having done presentations would be an added advantage.
