Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in semiconductor manufacturing costing, P&L analysis, and financial planning, while supporting our operations through insightful financial analysis, cost control, and business partnering. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to multitask with a strong can-do attitude, as well as confident in preparing and presenting financial data to corporate stakeholders and management.
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, P&L statements, management dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Analyse production costs, inventory valuation, and semiconductor manufacturing costing structures.
- Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to support cost control and efficiency initiatives.
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
- Conduct CAPEX analysis, investment evaluations, and ROI assessments.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting standards (IFRS/SOX).
- Utilize SAP systems and financial tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for reporting and analysis.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in finance or FP&A, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, P&L management, and semiconductor manufacturing costing.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to clearly present financial data and insights to corporate stakeholders and management.
- Hands-on, able to multitask, and with a strong can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills across functions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regional or global working environment.
- Familiarity with semiconductor processes (e.g., wafer fabrication, assembly & test).
- Experience working across Southeast Asia or APAC finance operations is an advantage.
